The material liquid of fluidized bed drying mainly contains inorganic salts, protein peptides, and a small amount of polysaccharides, which are thermosensitive substances, so the temperature is not high. The inlet air is 170 and the outlet air is 70. During drying, wall sticking and material blockage are severe, especially at the first stage cyclone separator, cold air duct, and powder collection separator. At this time, it is particularly important to prevent material blockage in the fluidized bed dryer. We provide the following preventive measures for this issue:
1. When users feed this vibrating fluidized bed, if the feeding speed is too fast and the feeding amount is too large, it will cause the material to not be dried in time, and then accumulate inside the drum of the dryer. With the operation of the drying cylinder, blockage occurs. Therefore, the key to avoiding material blockage in the drying equipment is for users to feed the fluidized bed dryer uniformly and at a uniform speed.
2. Due to the high moisture content of materials, convection drying is adopted in drying operations. This allows the materials to quickly evaporate the surface moisture while in contact with high-temperature flue gas, resulting in the formation of surface crusts, thereby reducing the viscosity of the materials and reducing the likelihood of blockage.
3. Preventing material blockage in fluidized bed dryers: Inside the dryer, there are generally different forms of lifting plate devices designed. On the one hand, they can continuously lift and scatter materials, and on the other hand, they can play a dispersing role in the phenomenon of easy agglomeration, better realizing the heat transfer between materials and high-temperature airflow. This can further prevent the occurrence of wall blockage during the dehydration and drying process of materials.
