Description
The pressure spray dryer is a device that can complete drying and granulation at the same time. According to the process requirements, the pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size of the material liquid pump can be adjusted. Obtain spherical particles of the required size ratio.
The working process of the pressure spray dryer is as follows: the feed liquid is input through the diaphragm pump at high pressure, and sprays out the atomized droplets, and then flows down together with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the tower bottom discharge outlet, the waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by the cyclone separator, the waste gas is discharged by the exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by the powder collector set under the cyclone separator. The outlet of the fan can also be equipped with a secondary dedusting device, with a recovery rate of 96% -98%.
The tower body, pipelines, and separator materials in contact with materials in this unit are all made of SUS304. There is an insulation layer between the inside of the tower and the outer shell, filled with rock wool. The tower is equipped with observation doors, mirrors, light sources, and control instruments, which are controlled and displayed by the electrical control console.
The heat source of this unit adopts steam heater, electric heater or other types, which have the advantages of easy operation, fast start, compact mechanism, clean hot air, etc. In addition, a control and adjustment device for the heat source is installed inside the electrical control cabinet, allowing for infinite temperature regulation at the inlet. Our factory can provide different heating methods according to the actual needs of users.
1. The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid greatly increases after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% -98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds to tens of seconds, which is particularly suitable for drying thermosensitive materials.
2. The obtained product is spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity, and good quality.
3. Widely applicable, according to the characteristics of the material, it can be used for hot air drying or cold air granulation, with strong adaptability to the material.
